Drawing Review & Setting Out
We review structural drawings, confirm levels with the engineer, and accurately set out foundation positions before any excavation begins.
Excavation to Founding Level
Foundations are excavated to the specified depth and bearing stratum. Ground conditions are assessed and reported to the structural engineer.
Blinding & Preparation
Blinding concrete is placed to provide a clean, level working surface for reinforcement placement.
Reinforcement Placement
Reinforcement is placed to drawing specification, with correct cover maintained throughout.
Formwork & Concrete
Formwork is erected where required and concrete is placed, compacted, and finished to specification.
Curing & Inspection
Concrete is cured appropriately and foundations are inspected before backfilling and proceeding with superstructure works.

Do you work to structural engineer's drawings?
Yes. All foundation works are carried out to structural engineer's drawings and specifications. We liaise directly with engineers where required.
What happens if unexpected ground conditions are found?
We report unexpected ground conditions immediately to the structural engineer and principal contractor. We do not proceed until the design has been reviewed and confirmed.
Can you handle both residential and commercial foundations?
Yes. We deliver foundation works for residential developments, commercial buildings, industrial structures, and infrastructure projects.
Do you supply concrete or work with a ready-mix supplier?
We work with approved ready-mix concrete suppliers. We can advise on mix specifications and coordinate supply to suit programme requirements.
How do you ensure accurate levels?
We use calibrated survey equipment for setting out and level checking throughout the foundation process. All levels are confirmed against the design before concrete is placed.
